Below are the forms required to participate in either of the Silver or Gold competitions.

Gold Medal Form

Gold Medal Application form to be returned by 1 October, keep an eye on our homepage for notifications to see when the next competition is.

Silver Medal Form

Silver Medal Winner Notification Form to be returned by 30 April.  Each school will receive an email to advise when their medal is ready to collect.
